COO, Head of Product
Rami, a native of Sydney, Australia, has 5 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, spending most of this time selling new products to new markets. He studied and worked as a Mechanical Engineer before transitioning to software in 2010. He graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a B. Engineering, B. Finance and Diploma in Engineering Practice. Rami leads Operations and Product at First Due as COO.
Chin Kuo is an experienced, hands on technical business manager with 25+ years of leadership experience. Chin also has experience in the management of technical products and development teams, as well as knowledge in the extensive data/storage industry. He initiated and established the first large offshore software development team in Beijing, China (400+ people) for Computer Associates.
National Director of Sales
Kevin has a careers worth of experience within the Fire Service. Beginning as a First Responder with South Metro Fire in Colorado, Kevin later moved into a sales leadership position within the technology partners that serve Firefighters nationwide at Zoll and High Plains. Kevin's focus is always on delivering value for boots on the ground - keeping those in harm's way safer, ensuring they're more confident during response and that they can trust their technology when an emergency strikes.

Michael Heifetz, founder of Data Chief (acquired by First Due in 2019) and Captain at the Bedford Hills Fire Dept, is dedicated to the massive technological leap forward that First Due is apart of within American Public Safety. Michael's experience as a First Responder defines his team's approach to First Due's responder focus client success department, guaranteeing real-world necessities drive product and adoption in the field.
